Horseback riding is very popular. A local caballero will guide you for a tour of the beaches and nearby villages and adjacent jungle … sunset tours are popular year-round and if you’re fortunate enough to be here during a full moon, then ask about the full moon beach horseback tour.
Be sure to visit the local turtle hatcheries included our own designated nesting sites. You will get a closer look when turtles are released from the beach (in season).
Of course with the Pacific as our backyard (literally) … marine wildlife tours are a must …We can arrange for a private boat and captain to take guests for a tour of the Marietta Islands or whale watching. From mid-November to mid-April, a variety of whales can usually be seen from the villa while enjoying breakfast around the pool, or by boat with where guests get an up-close, exhilarating look. The nearby Marietta Islands are home to many rare bird species including the blue-footed booby. Each island has several picturesque beaches and caves and is home to breathtaking sea and avian life.
