We are a team of 23 people from different parts of Mexico. Mauricio is our leader, who has been working at Casita Mia de Mita for 19 of the 22 years that this boutique hotel has been in existence. What Mauricio likes most about Casita Mia de Mita is the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. He likes to see the guests enjoy the facilities and the service they receive; he always feels a great sense of satisfaction because he sees happy guests say goodbye, always eager to return.
You will find Memo at the bar, his most requested cocktail is called Nube blanca, made with coconut water, coconut cream, rum, and mango vodka. Are you craving for it? It´s fresh taste and relaxing effect makes it our visitors favorite. When Memo is at the pool bar, guests enjoy his mixes as much as his company.
Gonzalo, as head chef of our incredible talented team of chefs is always eager to surprise you with their creations. A favorite dish of his to prepare is grilled lobster because guests absolutely love it. Butter, roasted garlic, lemon, chili, and herbs makes it just scrumptious. The creativity, flavor, and variety are just a few of the many reasons why our guests and clients are allured to palate all of our chefs’s creations.
